It all started in the emergency Room, yes you heard that right.  As an ER Nurse for over 30 years, I started baking grandma's famous fudge recipe and bringing in a variety of fudge to my coworkers, to help our moral on those busy hard nights. Well one thing led to another and orders started coming in. I originally just baked for family and friends and then due to demand "Joy Fudge Company" was born. I only use the best ingredients and will not cut corners for profit or quality and hope you will enjoy them as much as my co-workers did.
